Student Problem: I have a student that cannot open a 97-2003 Word document in the "Content" area but, can open them in Drop-box. When she tries to open them in the "Content" it tells her that her login has expired. Her security settings are ok. What could be the problem?
Response: This issue can usually be resolved by clearing the Browsers Internet Cache
and adding d2l.yorktech.edu as a trusted site. Tool bar on IE/Delete

Student Problem: When I click on a link I get “secure and nonsecure” or “can’t navigate to
this page” message.
Response:
Go to the tool bar on IE/Internet Options/Security Tab/highlight Trusted
Site/Custom settings button/Misc (go to the bottom of the list) Websites in
less privileged web content and Enable.
Student: I keep receiving the following
error when I try to send anything to my instructor.
If you click that message box, you can then click "Display blocked content" and the Web site will appear.
