The General Technology Degree with a Major in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Mechanics is designed to provide the graduate with a broad range of entry level skills.
The General Technology Degree has four components that total 68 credit hours: general education, primary technical specialty, secondary technical specialty and other required courses. The primary technical specialty uses courses from the Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Mechanics Diploma program. The secondary technical specialty is course work from another IET program, such Industrial Electricity/Electronics, or Industrial Maintenance Technology. The other required courses are selected in conjunction with your advisor.
